Michelle follows through with the order in a timely manner. We do have an issue with the length different from the contract agreement, which I am shocked about since this suggests that internal communication has room for improvement. The LED product arrived my forwarder lit up easily, so we think the packaging of the product needs improvement. Overall, Michelle does respond promptly in resolving the problems. We appreciate her professionalism but definitely one of the suppliers we need to monitor outcomes.
